Flatfoot 56 Releases Folk-Punk Acoustic Video for “Cain”
from New EP, ‘The Vancouver Sessions’
**NEW RECORD OUT NOW ON SAILOR’S GRAVE RECORDS**
Celebrated Chicago Celtic punk band Flatfoot 56 recently released a new EP, The Vancouver Sessions, with Sailor’s Grave Records. In celebration of the new record and upcoming summer tour dates, the band has released a new video for their reimagined, folk-acoustic version of their fan favorite song “Cain.” Fans can pre-order the EP now at http://sailorsgraverecords.merchnow.com.
“The music video for Cain was a blast to shoot. We shot it on a Sunday afternoon in about three hours. A whole group of us carried all our gear into a local forest preserve and proceeded to get as dirty as we could. We were a site for all the people walking by as we slapped each other with mud. We loved the way the video turned out. The producer (Jordan Saylor from JLS Collective) did a great job editing it up. We hope you enjoy it as well.” – Tobin Bawinkel (vocals/guitar)
The Vancouver Sessions EP features stripped down, intimate performances of four of their classics, and the new song, “How Long,” re-imagined and re-recorded.
